If I could give a ‘0’ I would. This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The last few times I’ve been there they’ve gotten my order wrong. I customise my burger on the screens and I make it so there’s no meat (as I’m vegetarian) and with extra salads. It’s not hard for the cooks (Not that they should be called that) to make this burger as they have a receipt attached to the burger box. Last night I was at this McDonald’s for 1 hour. I had just finished work, it was 9:30, and I was tired and wanted something quick. I thought that maybe this time it would be different, but how silly of me to think such a thing. It wasn’t even busy, an average buisiness. I waited 20 minutes for the food. I obviously checked the burger to make sure it was right and no, it had meat and everything other than what the receipt said. I handed it back. They took 30 minutes to make it (which I didn’t know was made until I had to go up to the counter and ask where my burger is, to find they left it sitting on the bench and cold). I checked it, had not what I asked for in it, I gave it back. This time it only took about 10 minutes, it was wrong again. But I ate it because I was done having to wait on them. It’s not hard to make a burger. If I pay you money I expect you give me the service you advertise to give. If you can’t even get a burger made that doesn’t look like an elephant sat on it, than how are you going to handle more demanding jobs in the future. The customer service is ok. I only know two people that work in the customer service that are friendly and give a smile. Every other customer server I’ve experienced are very rude and effortless. This all comes down to the managers, not even the managers are good at training the teenagers that work here, and here I thought ‘McDonald’s training’ was supposed to...

There was no line at the drive through, which is odd but invited. This resulted in me not having time to decide what I wanted and before I knew it we were next to the ordering speaker. I began to sweat and my breathing became increasingly swift. I flashed back to the time I was 12 and it was our turn at the shopping check out but my mother had gone to get one more thing and was no where in sight. The app is unreliable, which is not a reflection on this particular venue. So I have to do the order through the drive through rather order over the app. I make my order through the drive thru window and it's all good up until this point. Get to the pick up window and am only provided half my order. The lady says to me have a nice day after handing me half my order and does not even give me a glance or an opportunity to tell her that there are items missing from my order before closing the window and walking off. I wait another few minutes until they return and pass me the next order, whereby I tell them that there are items missing from my order. They are confused, so I let them know that they are missing my 2 wraps from my order. They come back a couple of minutes later letting me know that they have run out of the hot sauce and unable to fulfill my order and provide me with other options that I am not so interested in. They failed to provide a competent customer service by not advising me while making the order that they couldn't fulfill the order and then not providing me an opportunity to question the order during pickup and finally forgetting to fulfill my...
