I've visited this establishment around 11:45 AM on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all, hoping to enjoy a burger. However, due to the limited beverage options, I brought my own tiny bottle of Sprite. To my dismay, my experience was marred by a particularly unpleasant encounter with an individual who claimed to be the owner. She vehemently objected to my choice of beverage, expressing herself in a manner that can only be described as extremely discourteous rude and disrespectful.

The ensuing exchange was marked by verbal abuse, as if I had committed an egregious transgression or kidnapped her children. To my bewilderment, any potential for finding common ground was staunchly rejected, with an abrupt expulsion from the premises as the final verdict.

Regrettably, the produce did not manage to salvage this dismal encounter. The quality of the food, when weighed against its cost, proved to be far from satisfactory. My previous visit had already left me with a less-than-pleasant bout of gastrointestinal distress I had diarrhea, yet I had hoped to extend another chance. This, as it turns out, was a grievous error in my judgment.

The chips were absolutely drenched in Mediterranean seasoning, rendering them far from delectable and eatables Furthermore, the burgers, lacked any notable distinction that would set them apart from a cheaper options. In comparison, even fast-food giants like McDonald's offer a superior gastronomic experience in terms of both burgers and fries.

I implore potential patrons to wisely allocate their resources, both monetary and temporal, and not allow the proliferation of discourteous individuals within our cherished Lismore community. It is disheartening to observe that even responses to unfavorable reviews from this establishment exhibit a lamentable inability to handle criticism or acknowledge their shortcomings, signaling a concerning descent in their overall approach.

Basically this place is dirty disgusting run by a rude cockroach lady and is should be closed down as our beautiful Lismore deserves better people and better comradeship.

Excellent customer service. I had some enquiry regarding the meat so had to contact them via phone before going to the restaurant. Now I want to apologise first that I cannot remember her name, but she was a really nice lady who did her best to help me out. She actually contacted her husband who reached out to the meat supplier to find the information I was looking for. Over my years I have had experienced good customer service. But never had I experienced such a lovely experience. They could have easily said they do not have the information, apologised and left it there. But rather went out of their way to cater for my request. It was not like this request was for more than few people and economically it would make sense for them to get the information. This way they get customers who will spend at their restaurant. The enquiry was only for me and they did not treat me differently and could not care less whether the information was for one person or more. It was really heart warming to find people like them who are there to satisfy their customers. They went over and beyond in their service. There was also another incident where one of the orders according to one of the individuals in our group did not like. So while paying she just mentioned it to her as a feedback. Rather than being defensive appreciated the feedback. Also apologised profusely and did not charge for the food. Doesn't matter how much we tried to pay for the food, she did not accept the money. I am not sure if you were the owner or staff, but hats of to you for the service that we received. It was five star service all the way and more. Whether you were staff or owner, if customer service is maintained like the way we experienced, I only want to see your business to prosper and become successful. Everything about this place is absolutely perfect. When you walk in you are always greeted before you get a chance to be confused as to where you're supposed to go. The staff are always lovely and sweet, and extremely attentive. When seated you always always brought COLD water and the table already comes equipped with menus, cutlery, plenty of napkins and sauce. The service is always lovely and the staff are great at reading wether you are ready to order or not. (Plus on the menu there are options to add fries or extra meat/cheese so you don't have to feel like a fat ass asking for it)

Mind, the portions here are EXTREMELY generous so you feel like you get your money's worth. And not only are the portions large, the amounts of sauce given on the loaded fries is so good that you have to go searching for one that isn't deliciously sauced. (And they aren't even soggy either).

While you eat, a nice selection of music will play and you enjoy your food to a calming breeze, the music is not played too loud. (even when we sat next to the speaker).

I ordered a cocktail from the specials and was met with the most delicious and refreshing cocktail I've ever had, it was a joy to indulge in.
