Left this restaurant feeling very upset having seen an elderly couple yelled at by the management. This occured because they expressed their distress at waiting an hour and a half to be told that one of their dishes wasn't going to come. The organisation in this restaurant was very poor as many tables received mains and others entrees before tables that had ordered before them, both ours and the elderly couple, who had ordered even before us. When expressing their disappointment to the manger who had come out to serve them and told them they were in charge of the organisation in the kitchen, they where then yelled at at full volume. We had to force them to put out the group fried rice , after the second plate showed up. I asked them if this was common and they said yes they expected you to share and each plate was timed to come out slowly (again this does not work if half the group is vegetarian). The staff have always been really accommodating and the chefs happy to relay information on ingredients and adapt what they can to vegan. The process is a hassle though. I just REALLY wish their menu had a vegan section so I didn't always have to ask. There's plenty of us vegans around to justify an additional new vegan menu at the front counter, making clear what options can be modified for vegans.
