Baskin Robbins Beenleigh — Restaurant in Logan City

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here today. And it’s not the first time either, but as I am part of the beenleigh community and I try and support local business, I was shocked at the attitude I was given when trying to organise a birthday cake for my sons birthday on Saturday. Every year I give ample notice to this business regarding birthday cakes and I was always told 48hrs notice was required to have one made. The lady behind the counter said “I need three days” whilst rolling her eyes and slamming her receipt down onto the counter, I said it’s three days now, being it’s “Wednesday” today, and she replied “well actually it’s only two days that she could make it” and after the fact I have been told on other years two days is still enough time to make the cake!!! I didn’t realise in the middle of winter a small ice cream business could be so busy, which left me feeling upset, and I said don’t worry about it, I won’t bother at all!!! And...

Just ordered some ice cream and no one knew what they were doing. The ice cream I wanted was frozen and they said I would have to wait 10 minutes for it to defrost. I said ok and I waited in my car. When I went back in, the staff had no idea who I was or what I ordered. As they scooped the ice cream, they dropped the first scoop on the ground and looked at me like I if I wasn't there they would put it in my container (not really related but still interesting). Anyways the teens didn't fill up one of my tubs but I paid full price for 30 minutes of an ordeal. I should of went to Macca's instead. I don't normally have bad experiences there but tonight was so bad I had to say something. Ideally I would like to be compensated to some degree a tub of rum n raisin and a tub of cookie dough.

We arrived at 9:28 to get some ice cream for the family.. got told eftpos machine isn’t working which is totally okay.. I then asked “are you still open if I go get cash” they said yes we are open until “10” we then drove all the to atm to get cash. Came back and they got moody that we were there…”I said are you still open” and they just stood their in silence and was like “mhmm” then continued to ignore that we were there… we thanked them so many times for waiting (which is 9:41pm at this time… not even 10 closing time) gave us atttiude both of them, me and my husband felt so awkward but kept being super nice trying to clear the air.. the awkwardness just got us both super moody at this point and thanked them again before leaving. Other people outside were complaining about...
