I arrived at your restaurant at approximately 5:05pm, upon arrival I gave my order to Mia,who told me my order would take ten to fifteen minutes ,it was 5:10 as I walked out the door.Being a cold evening,I returned to my car,where I could see the service counter anyway. At 5:13 Mia put two bags on the top of the glass cabinet. As it had only been five minutes since I had left the counter,I thought nether of the bags could be mine because I should have at least another five minutes to wait. A man came and collected one of the bags at approximately 5:20 so I decided to walk to the door and continue my wait there. Upon arrival Mia called to me number 49 ,which is my number, I promptly suggested to her what she had told me on order and my order had been sitting on the glass above a refrigerated area. Mia then started to tell me about not being responsible for people wandering away from the shop,so I proceeded back to my car , I noticed through the front window that she had commented about me as a customer was laughing with her. So I turned around and returned to the counter to explain that I wasn't trying to be a problem customer but she should try to be more accurate when telling a customer 10 to 15 minutes when it only takes 5 minutes. The thing that upset me is she told me she understands what I am saying, but obviously she doesn't care. So as the representative of your franchise,she has destroyed any chances of you receiving any more of my business. And by the way the meal was almost stone cold by the time I got it home. Read moreIt takes a lot for me to write a review, but I was so disappointed by my experience I felt it needed to be shared. I was in the car with my two young children when one of them was sick unexpectedly. I pulled into the car park outside of Noodle Box as it was the closest and safest place for me to stop. My child was in a full panic attack and was about to be sick again. I had nothing else in the car with me at that time so I ran into Noodle Box as it was the only shop open. I told the lady there that my son has been sick and I have nothing with me, is there a toilet nearby or may I please have a paper bag or anything else in case he is sick again. She looked at me like I was crazy for even considering asking for help, and refused to give me anything until I paid for it. I was incredibly disappointed by the shear lack of BASIC human decency. I didn't have any money on me at the time, but she did not care. As someone who would do anything I could to help someone in need, it is incredibly disappointing that a large franchise like that couldn't spare a tiny paperbag that would probably cost them nothing to help a child in need. Read moreThe food is always made fresh and fast. I always use the app to order, and after a short drive down the road, 9 out of 10 times, my food is ready.
1 of the servers remembers me each visit and lets me know my order is ready or being cooked when I walk in the door. I've never had to wait in line or for very long for my order. Ide says max 3-5 mins. The new cooks and staff are fantastic.
In my last review, the old staff yelled at me and told me I couldn't edit my order and had to have prawns in my fried rice and said if I wanted to edit the order it would cost an extra $3 just to remove prawns thank god they are no longer working here.
My only complaint is towards the franchise, not the store or staff as the franchise is combining many different franchises into 1 and imo a noodle box store shouldn't be also doing burgers also, the pricing is expensive to remove 2 vegetables I don't like and then add 2 different vegetables costs $2 seems excessive considering I'm not getting $2 off for the vegetables I don't want or removing prawns don't get a $4.50 off but, if I add prawns to a dish it costs $4.50...
