Pizza Hut Beenleigh — Restaurant in Logan City

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I ordered through menulog at 9pm on a Tuesday night. They took my money but a few minutes later I got a message from menulog telling me they rejected my order. I tried calling the store over and over again and had no answer. it just redirected to Melbourne customer service. Finally the customer service rep apparently left a message asking them to call me back. They didn't. My partner then rang up nother 15 mins later and they answered. The lady asked if we wanted delivery or pick up . He asked about our order and why it was rejected and they took the money. She said it's because we ticked the box for delivery asap so they rejected it because it would have taken an hour. Asked her if she knew what asap means because why didn't care if it would have taken that long. we just wanted our dinner. she couldn't seem to understand this and got manager to call us back. By this time I would have almost had my pizzas had they just accepted it in the first place as it was almost an hour since I tried ordering. The manager called back and just repeated what the worker said earlier. blamed me for ordering on menulog and said I should have ordered on pizza hut website instead. I told him if that's the case they need to take themselves off menulog because he has now put me out 40 bucks for a couple of days til menulog refunds me and I don't have any dinner. HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I rang back and asked if he often hangs up on people. Apparently he does. I told him he lost a customer and I will never order from them again. He didn't seem to care. only option he gave me was for me to order again and pay again. Not how you treat customers unless you want to go out...

Last night 2 of the staff members went above and beyond to help me. I usually order my pizzas to be delivered from this store and the food is great. But last night a staff member Taylor a young girl saved me she took a few seconds to hot spot me so I could get my sick child home. We were seeing a Dr and our data ran out while I was out of my house which meant I was stranded with my child - black and white cabs did not come after waiting an hour in the street it was very dangerous being out in the street outside the animal hospital in James street unable to get home and care for my fur child. The people in this store are heroes they gave me 3minutes of kindness which saved me and my fur child. A male worker also helped I unfortunately have forgotten his name. Thank you so much Taylor and co worker I’ll continue to get my Pizza Hut delivered from this store indefinitely-3 mins of kindness saved me thank you Taylor and team you guys are angels in disguise and I am forever...

I wanted to get two personal pan pizzas from Beenleigh Pizza Hut. I checked online to see if they were open and it said they were. I arrived to find the place dark with the doors slightly open. Anyway I went in there hesitantly and a clerk appeared. He seemed shocked to see me and looked really sleepy. I told him my order that I wanted two personal pan pizzas he proceeded to tell me they were not selling them anymore I asked why and he said just because they don’t. I knew he was wrong and rang and picked up two personal pizzas at Pizza Hut Waterford. Don’t waste your time with this place they don’t want your business no matter how small.. so...
