Bucking Bull Hyperdome — Restaurant in Logan City

I am so disappointed at the service at this store, the worst experience ever. Today the 21st of Feb at 1.40pm, I asked for a potato brisket, Ispecified WITHOUT SOUR CREAM, instead I got the food with lots of sour cream, brought it back and they made me another one and put bbq sauce on it, on the menu it does not say bbq sauce, it does say gravy and there was none on it, so I sent it back and they put some gravy on it, and bbq sauce mixed with the gravy my food taste disgusting. What disgusting customer service, and the place was not even busy. Then I asked where was the coleslaw in my food as stated on the menu, and she said "thats the cabbage and carrots that you see in there". Never going buying...

Wanted a roast pork meal with slaw but was told I could not have or salad. Chose a pork roll instead. A small amount of meat was put in roll. When I asked for more meat the guy said yes but I will have to charge extra. I replied there is not very much meat. He said well that's the way we do it. To add to disappointment it was horrible. It was tasteless and was not warm. I did eat it however as I was hungry and didn't have time to get anything else. On a positive note, the piece of crackling I got was good. You have to try things to see if you like them, so not a wasted experience. I now know not to go back to hyperdomes...

I had a BLT sandwich meal and added the egg & cheese for an extra $3. I also upsized for a bigger drink and added gravy to my chips.

The whole meal was so good! Chips were hot, very generous amount of gravy that was perfect in consistency and taste. The bread was toasted but fresh when you bit through it. Generous amount of fillings. Lettuce & Tomato were fresh, egg was exactly how I asked for it (medium - so a little runny but not hard), the bacon was perfecto, and the cheese was nicely melted.
