The Coffee Club

We sat slightly away from the restaurant as my younger sister had hungry jacks whilst the rest of us had coffee club and they didn’t allow “outside food”. Because we sat slightly outside their bounds (as show in photo) we had to get our food as take away, then upon getting our food it was all spilled as it was in boxes. We had to use their wooden take away cutlery which couldn’t cut through the tough food nor was capable of picking up the food. There was 5 of us and only 4 chairs at the table so we grabbed a spare chair from the nearest table. One of the workers then proceeded to walk up and take the chair I was sitting on saying that we weren’t allowed to use it even though we spent over $80 on bad food and the drinks made incorrect. The drinks were also extremely late to the point the food had come 10 minutes before our drinks and other people were served first even though they ordered after me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and to the lady whom took my chair, that is appalling customer service.
