Drink: Hot Matcha Latte w Almond milk

Matcha came out on a dirty plate (coffee marks that I got off with a napkin and a bit of water, which leads me to believe that the saucer was not cleaned). The drink was nice, not great but better than other places like Starbucks.

Meal one: Cheeseburger (no tomato), chips & added Aioli

Paid $2.20 for some aioli for my chips which came with no sauce. Ended up being a pathetic size, no where near worth over 50c. The burger was delicious, good amount of sauce on the bun which was fresh & toasted. The chips are always good, very crispy and seasoned.

Meal two: Camembert, Chicken & Bacon Flat Grill

The flat grill was good. But not great. Absolutely no flavour, but that is probably a personal preference. The salad was a let down. No dressing or seasoning. It added nothing to the dish except a barely-edible decoration.

Other comments: Kitchen finished the order, waiting staff went to collect but let it sit there for 2 minutes to instead chat to friends coming in. I did like to see the community building, but not 100% happy that it was at the expense of my foods freshness (especially because coffee club is...

We sat slightly away from the restaurant as my younger sister had hungry jacks whilst the rest of us had coffee club and they didn’t allow “outside food”. Because we sat slightly outside their bounds (as show in photo) we had to get our food as take away, then upon getting our food it was all spilled as it was in boxes. We had to use their wooden take away cutlery which couldn’t cut through the tough food nor was capable of picking up the food. There was 5 of us and only 4 chairs at the table so we grabbed a spare chair from the nearest table. One of the workers then proceeded to walk up and take the chair I was sitting on saying that we weren’t allowed to use it even though we spent over $80 on bad food and the drinks made incorrect. The drinks were also extremely late to the point the food had come 10 minutes before our drinks and other people were served first even though they ordered after me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and to the lady whom took my chair, that is appalling...

Just save your money & go elsewhere. Loved The Coffee Club (maybe I was remembering their service & food from 10 years ago). But this was not it, we paid $150 & got these as servings. Really disappointed in myself as I should've known better, but I just wanted somewhere we can watch the kids play while we enjoyed a coffee. Winter gets cold so understand a place will have warmers or something outside to give their customers some relief when their inside is packed out, unfortunately that wasn't the case here. We ordered at the counter & paid, then we waited outside while our little ones ran around at the playground. The LOs food came & I asked the waiter if this was their kids servings & she said yes. The coffee was average, abit too much milk. I remember The Coffee Club used to pride themselves for having the best coffees, now I'm not so sure about that either. In saying that, just avoid it. It's best you go to the smaller cafes as they really love...
