Hungry Jack's Burgers Marsden — Restaurant in Logan City

I am delivery person for delivery apps. As a mother of new born, I felt hungry so quick so I decided to took a break of 10 mins from deliveries and ordered for my self. I only order a thing of $5 and hoped that I will get quickly my order but the lady asked me to park and after waiting 10 to 12 minutes my only one item was not delivered to me. Therefore, after waited long time, I started delivery again and accepted a order from delivery app. I went inside to pick up the order and to cancel my personal one. But when I started try to explain, this man at store start explaining me about policy, explaining about this and that, which I know very well because other staff already told me so. But he did not let me speak what I was trying to say. According to him, I can't even take a break while I m doing delivery job. Is it mean, that I can't suddenly stop delivering for the day and order for myself and go home because you have seen me delivering??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣Well, Mr. Explanation please enhance your listening skills and let other person speak and explain. I was there to already cancel my order and decided to stop delivery after I dropped last order of your store. No wonder this store has maximum low rating stars. My wife and I went in Thursday 21st to get some dinner. Asked for Whopper (no Pickle, no onion) in a meal, Triple cheese Burger by itself (no pickle, no mustard) plus couple $2 fries. $25.60 all up.

Get home noticed when biting into Triple cheesburger had Pickles and Mustard, and the Whopper had Pickle and Onion.

Travel back to the store and say I would like the meal totally replaced and refund given as I had to come back in pouring rain and get it fixed. The service girl (who had taken our order) then went over to another staff member who told her that I could have the meal replaced or refund.

Not only did they stuff both meals up but when I said in a louder voice as the service girl was walking away at the time that it would have been great if I or my wife had allergies and as I said this 2 male cooks laughed. I asked them if they thought it was funny that thier careless attitude could cause a death and they just kept smirking.

When I asked thier names as I wanted to identify them when I talk to the store owner the service girl said they were minors and she could not give me them.

Very disgusted with how I was treated through the drive through this afternoon. Didnt bother getting asked if i wanted the reciept, she walked away rudely and talked to her staff members, i was trying to get their attention for a reciept, got the reciept and the food and no drink, she said have a good day, talked to the customer through the drive through im guessing and i asked for my drink and she walked away so i had to ask yet again, for the drink, she gave it to me and walked away. Just because you were short staffed, still doesn't mean that your staff can be so poorly rude to the customers that come here. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. SO RUDE. BE POLITE TO PEOPLE CAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DEALING WITH.
