Pulled into the drive through Sunday 17 march 2024. Ordered my turkish bacon and egg and 2 hash browns. I pull up to the window and pay. Over the period of my 9 minute wait I observed the guy at the window doing a lot of the running around. The girl at the counter was cleaely new an inexperienced. There were two assembling the items. I observed over 6 items being made at once very slowly. They sat on the bench for over 4 ninutes before moving. There were only 3 customers in store one of which was already eating. So why was so much food being made that nobody order in priority to a waiting customer that is my first question. My second question is why were the two making items moving so painfully slow there was absolutely no reason for it. Third question. After 9 minutes of waiting I lost my cool through the window. Why does it take 9 f*g minutes to make a muffin and 2 hash browns that are already cooked. Fourth question. After my little outburst a little voice appears from nowhere a brown headed somewhat obnoxious I am assuming manage comes from nowhere, we are understaffed this morning, no appology. If you are understaffed and there is clearly an efficiency issue are you to qualified as a manager to step in and help your clearly struggling team instead of standing in a corner watching people. Fifth question. If you have someone that needs training assistance on a till why not put on support until they are capable. You people are a joke. I seriously have no idead what I am paying...
Read moreUgh, seriously?! I ordered the new Cheesy Cheese Jack's Fried Chicken from this Hungry Jack's – the one thing I was actually looking forward to – and guess what they slapped on it? Freaking BACON! Are you kidding me?! I never eat bacon! It's not something I can eat! And because they messed up, I even took a bite before I realised. Then, to top it all off, this guy Nicholas has the nerve to tell me I ordered it! Why on earth would I order bacon if I don't eat it?! I was trying to explain calmly that they got it wrong, and he just kept arguing with me, wouldn't even admit they made a mistake! Not even a "sorry, my bad" or anything! And then, get this, he did replace the burger, but he actually said it was "for free"! What seriously?! I paid for it! It's not 'Free', they just completely screwed up my order the first time! The staff here are unbelievable, so rude and completely unprofessional. You'd think they could at least own up to their own screw-ups! Read moreI used my Shake and Win and got the Toasted Ham and Cheese. Waited about 3 minutes and then was told that they ran out of bread and the person behind my counter had the daunting task to tell me this, I immediately smiled and said that it was okay and was offered any burger to replace it, I only asked for the Cheeseburger as I wasn’t going to be greedy and take advantage of the opportunity to be compensated and straight away a Cheeseburger was asked for from the kitchen staff with an urgency on it. It felt like it was done in seconds and I was handed my burger with another apology and a smile, I thanked the person and smiled back and wished the person to have a great day. In a fast food restaurant these things happen and and it’s not the end of the world. It was a team effort to replace my order and was done very professionally. To all the young workers here I take my hat off to you guys as your job is very stressful, and on this particular moment an uncomfortable task to tell someone that they have run out of bread was done exceptionally well.
