ordered on door dash at 7:41pm on the 25th of feb. The order stated a maximum of 52 minutes, which is a pretty long wait for a fast food place that is 4.4km away, I wish it was that fast... It ended up needing 3 different door dashers because after the first on got there, he waited for 15 minutes and could not get the order so he had to leave. The order was taken up by the next driver who waited in the actual store for over 40 minutes.... this is all after it says that the order is ready. He also had asked them about it no less than 5 times but it got him nowhere. He needed to cancel so it went to the 3rd driver, I had messaged him and let him know about the absolute joke of an experience that this had been so far. He assured me that he was sure it will be quick, I proceeded to cancel the order via door dash because it had been over an hour and a half to get this "fast food" from 4.4km away... i was contacted by someone from door dash and he was very apologetic when i told him the situation but it was not their fault at all, it was as usual, KFC Marsden being as unreliable as they are every single time you go there. The last delivery driver was there for another 15 minutes before he told me he was still happy to drop it off which i agreed even though it was 9:30 by then anyway. once the order arrived we checked over and noticed as per usual, the order was wrong anyway, missing wicked wings original burger instead of zinger burger. tenders on the original bacon burger instead of a fillet? Read moreNot deserving of a single star. The Marsden KFC branch is utterly disappointing, staffed by inexperienced and immature individuals, including young managers. I spent over $100 on KFC meals, only to reach the second window where a young employee informed me that they were out of tenders, which were part of my order. Instead, he offered to substitute with an additional five nuggets. I was taken aback; how is that a reasonable exchange? Upon returning home with my order, I discovered that several items were missing and the meals were cold—far from warm or hot. Inside the bags were small chicken pieces, comparable to chicken nibbles, with five chicken pieces missing, no gravy, and coleslaw that was not replaced with extra fries. This infuriated me, so I called the branch, only for the manager to question when I would return to collect the missing items. There was no apology or concern shown. I asked why I should drive back to retrieve the items when my meals were already cold and unappetizing. I suggested that they might as well issue me a credit, which they did. However, the credit was only valid for the next day, not within a week, making it a rather poor joke. I strongly recommend that you hire new staff and improve your customer service. I will never return and will advise my friends and family against visiting. It is the worst service and food quality I have ever encountered.

Missed items - 1 year later - give them a second chance I said, finished a long 14 hour day - too late to cook and son felt like KFC - language used by staff amongst themselves but in our earshot (near front counter) was’colorful’ to be polite - asked for coleslaw - we checked our order before we left - wasn’t there - had to go ask for it before we left -(also why we don’t do drive through coz there is always something missed - but that applies to many fast food places. specifically asked for original recipe 6 piece - got dried out spicy pieces -I can’t eat spicy food - couldn’t eat them - dog enjoyed it though - son had a zinger burger - also super dried out. We don’t eat fast food often (ex hospitality family that cooks at home) but 2 strikes and you’re out. Train staff better - the girl who took our order spoke in a whisper - couldn’t hear her and either she or someone else isn’t paying attention to the order - $40 for 2 people - the small chips, popcorn chicken and coleslaw were fine - but it’s KFC -it’s supposed to be about the chicken!
