I asked for 3 pieces of gluten free barramundi and we were given it with flour on it. My daughter called them back to ask if we could have it replaced with gluten free, because it was what we asked for. The rude young girl said that they would have repeated the order 3 times and that it was our fault. So we went back there with a recording of the phone call, from my husband's business phone which is totally legal to record conversations you are involved in. I asked to speak the manager and the staff said that the manager or owner had been informed and that it was our fault because they would have repeated it 3 times over the phone and they continued arguing with me. So I became very upset and I became one of those customers who started yelling, which I'm very embarrassed about and just got my money back and they would not listen to the recording. But I could not believe that they kept arguing with me instead of apologising for the mistake and they would not redo the order. I worked in hospitality for 10 years and in management roles and I would have never treated a customer like that or I would have been sacked. And I have never been treated like that as a customer before in all of my life. I think you need to train your staff in customer service or you are going to lose a lot of customers. Read moreI used to come here regularly since it first opened in about 2008 or so. But lately the quality has really fallen. I kept going back trying to give it a chance...The nail on the coffin was ordering a fish burger. it came with 3 tiny pieces of fish (as opposed to a full fish fillet) - that felt like off cuts picked up off the floor. Seriously. Why bother even putting the fish in there at all - just call it a salad sandwich: at least you'll be being honest. Sorry for the negative feedback - but even when I told the staff that this was unsatisfactory the staff member just told me that's the way they've always done it. Which is rubbish. I've been going there for YEARS and they used to give you a full fillet of fish. Honestly McDonalds would have been better. At least they gave me a refund. But - I'm posting this because this business needs to respect its customers and lift its quality. My mother said the last few times she's ordered the fish has been grey/dirty. Sure - you want to make a profit but don't serve sub-par quality food and charge premium prices. Such a pity to see what was once a great business cut...

They used to have the Best beer battered chicken salted chips, the absolute best. Last few times we ordered a large, and while they cooked ok, they didn't have the same covering of chicken salt we've come to know and love. On top of that 3 out of four times the serving was less than a third of what we would normally receive. Tonight we got the right amount but yet again, next to no salt. I hope they read these comments. I read a few other comments on the calamari, and the last few times we ordered we tend to agree the quality was bad. I tired calling multiple times to place an order over the phone and no 1 answered. When i got down there I thought the place would be pumping, but it was dead as so had to wait around for my order. Please pick up your game, you used to be good. I can cook better at home (and did just now) from fish and chips I bought out of a packet from ALDI. Also it looks like your website has been hacked and replaced with some earth...
