Really loving the viet banh mih rolls, range of pies and sweets !!! So nice to have in this area! A bonus would be if this cafe made the iced coffee with condensed milk! Having lived in this area for a long time and seeing who lines up (I mean, there are lines!) I would say, drinks would up it even...

i am so sad this place doesn't make better things. the pies are horrid and the sausage rolls don't even pass as dog food. always tempted to keep trying but after 4 times i am done, the standard is set so low, the location is the only perk. if they were anywhere else they would...
