I went there again there again tonight for a couple of coffees, only because hungry jocks were not serving coffee, yet again! Needless to say, yet again, I've been ripped off at the drive through at Loganholme. Ordered coffees, told to wait by the white car in the car park! 15 minutes later, no sign of any coffees! Phoned them...so sorry sir we've just made the coffees, they're ready! I asked, "Are they still hot?" Yes sir, just made! Got home, no markings as to what coffee was flat white, checked my coffee, and yet again, half full, the rest being foam! Tried to phone and ask the questions...no friggin chance!
I usually get a couple of coffees plus food here every day. In the last few weeks I've had a few flat white coffees that have been barely half full but haven't bothered to complained. Tonight I ordered a flat white and a latte, both large. It took 15 minutes to get these through the drive through. When they finally arrived, I mentioned to the guy, who apparently was the duty manager that the flat white felt very light but he just brushed it off as if I had no idea what I was talking about. When I got home and skimmed the foam off the top (which shouldn't be on a flat white, there was barely half a cup of coffee in the cup. I rang up and complained and he said that they were having problems. I said that that wasn't good enough and he said OK and hung up! Read moreThurday night 04/11/21 So so bad service, tonight manager are the worst, I went drive through order, I order 1, happy meal, 4 apple pie, 2 sundae that would be just over $23 or $24, I give them the discount code 40% off, their staff didn't give me any discount, so I ask her did I get my discount 40% ? She said oh no, than the manager come out and sort it's out, but he just telling her what to do, than she ask me for the discount code again I give it to her, but at the time she already hold on to my $50 notes and she only give $20 something change, than she just rushing me to keep move to the next window without give me any receipt , than I ask for receipt at the next window where I am pick up food they didn't give to me either, I ring them after I got home say they been over charge me, them he said bring said receipt in than they will give me discount back, but they don't even give me the receipt how can I get my money back? Tonight’s issue was a garden salad when I orderCaesar salad with crispy chicken. As if I want to pay that much just for some lettuce.
It’s not hard to get a basic order right, but makes it that must worse when you repeat it correctly and have stupid little girls at the car window laughing and carrying on about breaking the drink machine and acting like idiots.
No wonder it was wrong.

Update: 1/5/23. Ordered through drive through for two snack wraps extra lettuce amongst other things. Came with no lettuce. Even raised it before paying.
Had to go in and let you know every day is always something wrong. Not a very helpful team any more. Used to be great.
Update: 5/5/23. Ordered through drive through for Ham, Cheese, Tomato and extra Ham. Got Ham and Cheese only.
Manager improved my rating from 1/5 to 2/5 for being nice about it and...
