Three times we have been to this restaurant. First time it was great we loved the food and were very impressed with the appearance and layout of the Dining area. Second time we took some friends with us and we waited far to long for meals and we also got served food which was not exactly how we asked for. Third visit was on Saturday 26 th September 2020 at 6 pm. We signed in, and a friendly young waiter seated us brought us menu. He was very in a hurry. We sat there for over 15 Minutes watching all the take away food coming out. never a waiter came and asked us if we even would like to have a drink as normally happens in restaurants. I even got up and stood by the bar to try and order drinks myself but I was not taken any notice of. We got fed up waiting so we rang and booked another restaurant got up and we left. Very disappointed with restaurant service. Too Much concentration on take away orders and very understaffed. I would suggest you dedicate some staff solely to serve people dining in. Read moreWe had some old friends from come and stay with us in Jimboomba, so we said let's have a meal at the new Chinese restaurant in town. We were all very impressed with the presentation of the restaurant, especially all the Red Lanterns hanging from the ceiling. We ordered 2 entrees plus 4 different main dishes. When we asked to have one main meal served to the table at a time (so we could enjoy the taste of each different dish), the young waitress said that was no problem at all. We all agreed that the meals were delicious, great taste, sizzling hot, and NO MSG. There was good attention to detail, right down to the steamed rice being served in an insulated chrome bucket. The waitress service was very pleasant and we were made feel welcomed. We will definitely be going back to try some more dishes...
Read moreIt seemed very unorganised the night I attended my friends birthday dinner. Not only was the duck VERY ordinary but they forgot to put in two orders. They eventually came, but only after we had enquired twice, & at the end of our second duck course. (Near the end of the meal). Now the restaurant is calling my friend days later & asking him to pay an extra $100 which they 'forgot' to add on!!! (It was his birthday, & his uncle paid...so was shocked when he recieved the call!!!) And sorry but NO!!! It was YOUR incompetent staff that 'forgot' two meals, & YOUR staff that doesn't know how to add up a bill & 'forgot' $100, therefore it should be on YOU!!! You should be ashamed asking a person days later to correct your mistakes!
Suggestion: more staff training is desperately needed at this...
