I recently dined at Zambrero, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff set the perfect tone for a delightful meal.

So so poor. If I could give zero stars I would’ve. My flatmate and I just worked a long shift, all we wanted to do was sit down to eat some food and go home. There was only one lady working and she didn’t want to be there. Her demeanour and energy was awful. She didn’t smile or wasn’t at all friendly. We just wanted to sit down and eat but the slab table was dirty all angles with scraps and smears and it was too hot to eat outside so we asked if she could wipe the table down for us. She refused and said you can look for a clean spot. I couldn’t believe it. If we hadn’t paid already I wouldn’t have ordered. She used her time without customers to be on her phone. She could’ve wiped the table or swept the dirty floor at least. We also saw a poor Uber eats driver come in for his delivery and she sighed and said she hadn’t made it yet, then a walk in came in and she served the lady instead and he became upset and said it’s already been half an hour and she told him off. Ordered 4 meals for dinner recently (Sunday) through a delivery partner just after 8pm. Order was confirmed by restaurant and was advised driver was at restaurant awaiting pick up. At 9:11 was advised order had been cancelled with no reason given. So no dinner for us. Emailed store through official website the following day and haven’t even received a message back. Unacceptable. Would this have happened to a person who walked in? Taken their order and their money and then told them an hour later - sorry, we don’t want to make your food as we couldnt be bothered, forgot about you and/or are closed now even though you ordered and paid and we confirmed an hour ago…..please leave.
