A warning to vegetarians!

We ordered 2 vegetarian platters with vegetarian patties and haloumi. We then watched on as the haloumi and patties were cooked amongst chicken and lamb, on the same grill, literally touching each other, with absolutely no regard for cross contamination. Juices from both were spreading between and the same tongs and spatula were used on both. I watched the cook cut what looked like lamb with the spatula, then immediately use it to cut our vegetarian patties.

The food was covered in black char, which I can say almost for sure was from the meat being cooked with it, as the tongs were covered in it. The haloumi smelled strongly of lamb.

Absolutely gross, and I have no idea how this could be acceptable under any food safety cross contamination regulations.

Their "vegeterian" menu is not vegetarian at all in my experience. Super grossed out, super disappointed and won't be returning again. Frankly it's grossly disrespectful to people's dietary choices to do things like this and it's down right unethical to have a "vegeterian" section on your menu if this is how you choose to...

An amazing find just wish I could take this place and its fabulous cuisine closer to home as it would be super popular. A wonderful selection of Mediterranean favourites and more. The Design Your Own Bowl was perfect with your choice (even half n half) salad, protein and dip. The yiros was delicious too. So many meal options that looked so fresh, healthy and to die for. Though the restaurant is extremely well presented and stylish, it’s obscure location on the motorway slip road is not the best. This dining is worthy of waterfront views! Will definitely be back😋.
