Zarraffa's Coffee Slacks Creek — Restaurant in Logan City

I put one star in not to rate but to give my general opinion because even one star is to good for this place I have heard a manger fat share one of there younger staff I have see the manger make nice kind staff member cry and break down. For the years I have come to this the last 3 years I have see new staff on there first day like full of life and know they look like they give up on life the manger breaks the will of young happy hard working staff and doesn't care or even notice I have see customers notice and ask the stuff if there okay but not the manger ask them or even other staff members to help each other the only time I see that they look some what happy is when a certain manger isn't on shift then everyone looks like they some what injoy life again the coffee is good it only bad when the manger is over working the staff and not helping then. Please don't let your kids do a trainee ship here or work here because you wouldn't want to see there mental health go very bad because of there job yes work can do that but this place is different it can hurt there mental health with all the stuff I hear when I go there just get my coffee in the drive through even when I go inside some times negative zero should a rating I'd give management that...

If I could give this place -5 stars I would, first of all, the managers of this place are absolute tyrants and treat all the literal teenaged staff members as disposable and incompetent and the blonde one treats customers like idiots, any constructive criticism you may have towards the two goes in one ear and out the other. Of course you’re not going to get a good cup of coffee when all the workers are depressed and are being yelled at and rushed to be on a 1 minute time limit for every order regardless of how many drinks. It’s not a good look seeing the staff member cry while working because they’ve been insulted over a 4 dollar cup of coffee by the managers. The worst part is that no matter how many people complain about this place it will still be finished. As a customer constantly seeing new faces isn’t a good look either, especially when they don’t know what they’re doing :/ honestly go to another Zarraffas cornubia or underwood is much better quality and faster. To all the parents out there please please please do not let your children work here it will ruin their self esteem and sleep schedule. And also the coffee is god awful Lukewarm hot coffees and runny fusions that’s taste like the shot of coffee that’s been left...

You have lost my business and my staff too, I visit everyday. To the lady with the accent, when taking my order through the drive through PLEASE stop trying to up-sell everything!! I ordered a "short Americano with three sweeteners"and "Ham & Cheese Croissant". Please don't try to sneakily ask if I would like one and a half shots or two shots of coffee in it. I would have asked if I did. Nor did I want to change my Ham & Cheese Croissant" for a more expensive ""Chicken Ciabatta. But what really unimpressed me was with the way you added (without my consent) "double ham & Cheese"to my croissant. That's never going to happen again as I won't ever be back there. I explained what I wanted at the speaker box and that was all. Hell, why didn't you triple the ham & cheese since you felt like it. Here's a tip....if you are going to double the ham & cheese at least double the cooking time in the merry chef oven and not serve it up cold! Bring back the previous mangers of Zaraffas Slacks Creek, at least they listened to what the customer was ordering.
