This review is for the front counter staff around 11.47am today. And I work in customer service so I was full prepared to give benefit of the doubt but after the entire situation, no - do better.
I made my order, got asked questions about my food that I had already voiced to her, which was fine but annoying that she wasn’t actively listening. But that’s not the issue. She completely ignored my mum who was right in front of her waiting to order, for the cars in the drive thru that only just showed up. I even moved away from her and she was away from me when I ordered for my partner and I, so it was obvious that we were ordering seperate because this kind of thing happens all the time. Customers in front of you are always priority. Don’t care if you’re new, it is the one thing of customer service that should be taught and embedded into your brain. When I made my order, I turned to mum and asked if she was doing her own order. So again, not actively listening and not very observant, otherwise she would’ve known that we were ordering seperately. After serving 3 drive thru cars, she then walked away.
So mum left without getting to have any lunch and because of all that, I didn’t notice the drinks weren’t handed to me until I got home and was unpacking the bag, which I was told that the server should have handed to me when I ordered. So I have now paid for two large drinks that I never received. And don’t give me the whole oh you can come back for them, or next time I’m there I can get them for free, no! unless you wanna pay up extra for our petrol and time to head to an area that we don’t travel often and to a store that none of us will return to due to the poor customer service. And when I bought it up to her in-store about how mum was waiting to be served too, her response was “oh okay 😁” and then continues to tap on her little screen. Like is that really all you have to say. Clearly you just don’t care for your customers at all and I can see why not many stores are around anymore, the customer service standard for the company is obviously way down. I have not had one bad meal from this Red Rooster in recent years, and lately I've been a semi regular customer and every single time the food has been absolutely perfect, always hot EVERY TIME no matter what time of day (not just luke warm like local competitors), plenty of sauce, excellent portions (chips always full etc, not just half a box), and the girl in the drive through has always been happy, helpful and polite.
I really don't know what more you could expect from a fast food establishment, Red Rooster competitors should honestly take a leaf out...

Since the introduction of the $5 Snack Pack before 4pm, all Classic Quarter packs have been getting VERY FEW chips, no matter whether we pay the full price & ask for the full amount of chips and even it's AFTER 4pm, same disappointing result. Very scabby amount of chips, have found this at some other stores as well. Also, keep getting given the wrong order - specifically ask for wing pieces & get given drumsticks, which is truly annoying.
