This McDonald's is my local store and unfortunately over 60% of the time miss items in your order that are paid for. When u get home being just round the corner it's disappointing to find the apple pie the wife wholeheartedly wanted over anything else is not in the bag. One would think after the multiple let's downs with items missing that i would learn to check the bag. The reality is we all forget to, mainly because we expect a company and restaurant like McDonald's should have such easy tasks easily completed correctly however they simply don't. What's average is that it doesn't stop there. The food is slapped together by an uncaring individual unhappy with their job, lettuce is old and slimy, too much sauce, never hot. If you ask to have it made fresh they do it with such attitude and make you wait almost an eternity. Now if you could excuse some blunders due to pressure of busy trade times being under the pump, but they make mistakes even when u go through their drive through after 1am and you are the only car and customer they have to properly service. They make you wait In the waiting bay even when there are no other cars coming through. Now I just came back from their store and the apple pie is missing again. So like most people you Google their contact number to make a complaint, wanting to at least let them know for quality of training purposes and in hopes they learn something by aknowledging their mistake. Problem is you ring the store number and get no dial tone and then it just ends your call. Put simply this operation is just so below standard that it actually is almost laughable if it where a joke. The cost of eating their food at the end of the day still isnt cheap so expectations are high because we expect to receive the right product for the price. No One minds paying the asking price if what they get resembles what they actually ordered. Who ever owns this store should really consider not what money they do make but more importantly, how much money is actually being lost through bad customer service, incorrect orders given, items missing, unhappy staff, poor management, poor attitudes when asked to make right such simple errors which frankly they should be getting right. Training is in major demand at this store it's not getting better in fact its slipping further and further behind in mostly all areas. There's no improvement at all, when reading through other reviews it is quite clear, things are not improving, no one is learning, no training is being provided, management is poor and show very little apology because there providing minimal pride in what they are doing. I've just about had a gut full of this store and if you want any advice it would be to stay clear of this amateur operation either drive to the next McDonald's or just go somewhere else and save not just your money but your sanity. This is a diabolical run business and everyone should take a hard look at themselves because it's far from acceptable in anyone's book. KEEP IT REAL & GET IT RIGHT. IF YOU CANT GET THIS RIGHT THEN START WORRYING ABOUT YOUR FUTURE BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE YOU DO WILL BE A MASSIVE AMOUNT HARDER THAT WORKING AT MCDONALDS. Read moreI am honestly beyond fed up with this McDonald’s. I’ve put up with the poor service and low standards for way too long, but today completely pushed me over the edge. I am convinced this is the worst McDonald’s in Western Australia — unprepared, unprofessional, and clearly run by staff who just don’t care.
To start off, the customer service is absolutely appalling. No basic courtesy, no effort whatsoever. Not even a cup tray was provided for the drinks. Every single time I come here, no matter how quiet it is, I’m told to park in a waiting bay — even when there are barely any customers around. I wouldn’t even mind waiting if the food was decent, but it’s consistently terrible.
Today was honestly unbelievable. The staff member delivering orders refused to bring mine out until the car next to me’s order was ready — just so she didn’t have to make two trips to the car park. How ridiculous. So my food sat there getting cold on the bench while she waited.
And the manager’s attitude? Absolutely disgusting. Completely rude, dismissive, and ignored a simple request. It’s like no one in this store has any idea what customer service means.
After sitting in the bay for 10–15 minutes, I finally got my order — and it was honestly some of the worst food I’ve ever been served. I’ve got photos of everything because it was that bad: • Big Mac: no lettuce at all, burnt patties, completely inedible. • Cheeseburger: looked like it had been run over by a car. Totally squashed and embarrassing to hand to a customer. • Quarter Pounder: patty was black and burnt beyond saving. • Chips: stale, hard, overcooked — honestly should have gone straight in the bin.
Between the burnt food, the disgusting service, and the total lack of care, this place has completely lost me. The manager and staff clearly don’t care about the quality of what they’re serving or how they treat people.
If you want cold food, burnt burgers, and rude service, this is the place. Otherwise, go literally...
Read morei went to this maccas after work it’s my local maccas and i’ve let a lot A LOT of things slide from poorly made food to bad wait times ect (i understand there’s other maccas to go to but this is my local and it’s not always bad!!) but today i was hit with the most disgusting and disappointing service and food. i ordered a grilled chicken snack wrap yum! well not so yum when half of it was falling out and the wrap was stale and was pretty much built together by pieces (i could literally snap it in half with a crunch sound) a wrap is supposed to be soft warm and flexible not cold and crunchy. so obviously i went back and asked for a new one i placed it on the bench open it to show what my problem was with it just to be to be served with “What” i see how having it on the bench open can look rude from my end but that wasn’t my intention anyway No “hi how are you” or “ hi what can i help you with” not even a smile? nor did she even ask what it was she just took it away it was busy so to give them some credit but when i asked for a Manager the lady on didn’t even give me the of light of day she barely apologised and gave me a “free one” (the one i paid for and just wanted it to be edible) and then continued to wait 15-20 minutes for a snack wrap! today was the worst experience i’ve ever had at maccas and i don’t understand how the managers take there employees side when they know they are in the wrong for how i was treated today they should be training them to deal with situations or don’t put them in customer service if they have issues. i used to work at maccas no matter how stressful it got you aren’t allowed to be picky when you want to be...
