McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryborough

Brought a happy meal, chocolate sundae, big mc meal and a caramel thick shake. Was asked at pay window if my order was correct on the screen and it was. At food window i received a happy meal with no toy. Chocolate sundae, angus meal missing fries. Thickshake with no caramel flavor in it. I tried to complain got told to wait in waiting bay. After 30 minutes a girl came out and ask what i was waiting for she then said if there was a problem i should have just stay at food window to resolve my order not goto waiting bay and because im in waiting bay for long time the food is no good anymore and they can't help me. She told me maybe my child lost toy already. When trying to explain she just say our order was correct at pay window and that there is no problem like we are just making it up. Then get told to leave as we are creating a disturbance and if we don't police will be called. All because there workers are stupid and can't read whats on the order screen and have two people check ever order. So unfair the place should be call mc'scam where ronald and his friends and staff will do there very best to scam you everytime through drive through. This was, without a doubt, the single worst experience I've had at this place. I went to pick up six different meals, and they managed to mess up everything in the most infuriating ways. First, what's the point of having a menu on your cups if you're not going to mark what's inside? I specifically asked for a Coke and was handed a Coke No Sugar. I did not ask for that, it's so disgusting it went straight down the sink without a second thought. What a waste. Then, to make matters even more insulting, a thick shake was handed to me in the drink tray to while I waited for the rest of our food. Are you serious? Who sends out a cold, dairy drink to sit in the sun before the food is even ready? After all that, the six meals we waited 10-15 minutes for were dry, cold, and utterly unappetizing. This place is a joke. It's not worth your time or money. You'd be better off making your own burgers or going anywhere else. This dump has always been terrible and...

Was absolutely disgusting disrespectful staff that had no care in the world for customer service or the food. The wait was extremely ridiculous after waitng at the window for ages they cleared the waiting bay and asked us to park up, as cars passed by and we waited an additional 20min for a family meal, but give us the chips at the window that end up cold by the time the rest of the order got to us. When the order finally arrived to us in the waiting bay they had forgotten a burger so we complained, all for us to be accused of harassing staff then after getting home to eat to relise they have forgotten the 20 nuggets and changed my burger to a double and mixed up the labeling on the drinks as there was one no sugar because i'm a diabetic really appalling will not be going back would not recommend. First time going to this mcDonalds and will be the last. Not to mention what a waste...
