Got charged $40 for some food and iced latte! Only person in drive thru the entire time, served by an older lady (I think Mel) and a young woman. Mel took payment, but quickly turned to being on her phone without looking at the eftpos machine. When recieving order, they try tell me payment hasnt gone through. Showed them my bank account where it had in fact gone through. I asked to see decline receipt, which they could not provide. Had to pay AGAIN to get my order, which they forgot to give me half of. Had to drive back after realising they forgot it, come back 20minutes later and they have to remake the coffee. While the young woman was very polite and understanding, the service was rude and simply not there, especially having to pay TWICE because staff would rather be on their phones than...

On June 24th at 8:30 a.m., I visited a coffee shop with the intention of purchasing a hot cup of Colombian coffee, medium roast, in the form of coffee beans only they sell Colombian coffee. To my surprise, the proprietor informed me that while they do sell coffee beans, they do not offer Colombian coffee prepared as a hot beverage in a cup. Despite my disappointment, I decided to purchase a cup of coffee from their available selection. Regrettably, the coffee provided was of inferior quality and appeared to be a generic brand. Friendly staff, but coffee is bitter, like stale cigarette butts. Ristretto coffee is good. Mocha has WAY too much syrup in it, and it varies from almost drinkable to gag reflex, depending on who makes it. They say it's an exact amount but it's not measured correctly. I seriously make three drinks out of one by adding more milk and it was still way too sweet. Tasted almost like straight choc syrup. Safer to ad your own choc sauce at home. Iced teas have a nice base flavour but WAY too sweet. Wish we could sweeten our own but it comes already done. Shame, as I'd like the hibiscus, if it wasn't loaded with...
