This place is a favourite of mine & I eat here frequently but the last time I ordered here & again today, have not been great. Last time I picked up an order & the food was totally stale & cold, I was scared to eat it. I called & let them know out of courtesy, their excuse was because I ordered late in the night. I said that it was a very poor excuse for potentially making people sick. They offered me a refund but I refused to accept it due to covid tough times on businesses. Today I ordered a coconut soup from uber eats. The driver came very quickly however the soup was soooo cold that I had to reheat it on the stove myself, scared to be sick again...$23.00 for a soup that I have to recook. Not very impressed. Hopefully third time lucky this month as I really want to enjoy this place again. I phoned the owner & she was very sweet & apologetic. The complaint was again handled well. The food was tasty after heated to an acceptable temperature rather then at room temperature.

I tried special pho and entree combo fried chicken, egg roll and chips. Pho is similar to the ones in springvale. I wish that they serve rare beef slice. The combo was very nice. The batter was tasty and crispy. There are two types of egg rolls, one normal and the other seems to be wrapped with noodle. Service was relatively quick and the music they have was relaxing. Very nice place

I'm pretty picky when it comes to Asian food as the Australian version is pretty bland by comparison. I was surprised by this Cafe, the food was delicious and prepared / cooked very well. It's not what I would get in Bac Ha, but it was pretty good. Spring rolls were delicious and the main yummy. Was nice to eat here and will be back

I'm pretty picky when it comes to Asian food as the Australian version is pretty bland by comparison. I was surprised by this Cafe, the food was delicious and prepared / cooked very well. It's not what I would get in Bac Ha, but it was pretty good. Spring rolls were delicious and the main yummy. Was nice to eat here and will be back

The absolute best Pho ever!! If I see a place that sells Pho I always get it, and 2 fat ducks is by far the best I have ever had. I order from here probably 4/5 times a week, but I would have it 7 days if I could afford it (and if they were open every day lol). The broth liquid is always so flavoursome and beautiful and clear, and the slow cooked pork belly and grilled chicken are so delicious. I have always had amazing service, and never anything wrong with my food, and I have ordered from them A LOT, maybe upwards of 100 times over the last 18 months. Also, the deep fried chicken is also beautifully crispy and delicious. I would give 2 Fat Ducks 10 stars if I could. Highly...

Unassuming from the outside but amazing food!! We ordered the Beef Pho, Pork spring rolls and Grilled pork with rice, all were amazing and came out really quick and hot. The pork had a delicious coconut flavour without being too strong and the Pho was very rich and delicious! But overall the pork spring rolls were the best, so perfectly cooked and had the most amazing flavour! The one guy working was very nice and kind, but the atmosphere of the place was kind of awkward, a little rundown and not very welcoming. Overall amazing food and definitely worth...
