Extremely disappointed in my visit today. I was one of the first customers in store when it first opened and I’ve absolutely loved it ever since. I’ve been a very loyal customer and have always come back to support a lovely small business. Today my purchases were all well and truly over priced. I paid $18.95 for iron tablets that are usually around $13.95 ($10.50 online)! I got a receipt and the owner gave a copy but of the merchant not of an itemised receipt which was also really disheartening. I completely understand inflation and I’m all for you guys boosting your own pockets which is why I don’t buy online and come in and support you, but when you’re completely ripping off your customers it’s extremely disheartening and unfortunately I...

Almost 2 years ago I dragged myself into the Pakenham store, barely able to breathe, so exhausted and desperate for anything . Had been on 5 courses of antibiotics and nothing working. I needed something to boost my immune system. I walked out with a recommended protocol. A mix of tablets, drops and crystal's. And within 10 days was feeling better. 2 years on I have had covid twice and come thru both times well. I am considered high risk. Anytime I get a sniffle or itchy throat I restart the protocol. Didn't really know that this was here. It has an abundance of varieties of multi health products and essentials throughout the the shop. Staff were extremely helpful and assisted me with my enquiries with relation to what I was looking for. Seriously, definitely worth popping in and checking out this mini mart of health foods anf there is also a cafe in store. Main Street parking and only a short walk from other larger parking areas.
