I had placed a takeaway order and the order was for Paneer and roti. Upon reaching home my wife noticed that we were given non-veg. Upon calling the restaurant I was asked to provide evidence and was told that they have not prepared any tava chicken on that day till that time. Upon showing my disappointment I was told that the manager and the owner wants a proof. I then drove from Truganina to show the item given where I saw a manger who was not able to walk(as in drunk) trying to provide resolution. I then had to talk to the lady who asked me for the proof over the call, but she started saying that she did not know that I was Jain, and she did not ask for proof(though she asked for a pick to be sent for the same). When I got angry, they were worried about other customers hearing about this but from a resolution was nothing. I asked for a refund and left. The chef told me that he will pass on the details of the incident to the owner but till date no one even bothered to talk about the issue. Really pathetic service. Don’t know what they are serving from the kitchen. Now the owner has become active, and talking about respect but where did the respect go when I trusted and took the take away and the lady was asking for proof and then denied and when your manager was drunk at a licenced place? You know what is the fine for this? Do you know what is the fine for serving the wrong thing to a customer. I see where the shamelessness starts. Rott starts from the top. If you don’t get it, I can raise a complaint with the authority. Please have good read if you don’t know. https://www.health.vic.gov.au/food-safety/making-a-complaint-about-a-food-product-or-food-business If you think that you have set up a huge business if you have this attitude in no time, you can lose all. Be aware. Mate your response has changed again. What about that harassment that your drunk manager did, and the lady did to me. The thinking you and your staff has is that I was looking for 30 AUD refund and hence the ask for proof. Then kept on saying that you guys have not made any tava chicken. I had to drive 10 km without any food and my 6 years old was hungry. On the call I tried to explain but they continued. When I reached the rostro there was no one who wanted to look at the issue or provide a resolution or felt sorry for what they did. Here as well there is no apology. Mate, if you can get your things right you will not end up in the situation. I can sue you for what you did but I am giving you’re the opportunity to work on it. From the pics that I have posted its clear that I ordered paneer and that’s what you should have given. If you did not that’s misleading and both un-ethical and not justified. And about the drunk manger, go check with your staff they themself where like you are not in the state to talk. You know in licence places one is not served drink if they are drunk. Do you want me to raise this as well so that you lose your licence? I am just not doing this coz I have been going to your place since 2012 when this was not open. Also, thinking is that you have worked hard for it. In this instance instead of questioning the customer your staff should have looked and the resolution. Mate no one will do this for 30 AUD. Grow up and think beyond money.
Any sensible person will not ask for proof from a customer who trusted the restro and not harries a customer and ask them to drive 10 + kms and where he has a son 6 years old who is waiting to eat have a drunk person managing the restro will give non-veg for a veg order will not say that we have not had any non-veg order till now any sensible person will do this sorry sir, would you be able to come and get another order and if there is a delivery option then deliver it.
I have the right to file a harassment case and compliant for the food...
Read moreI went to this restaurant last night for dinner with my family. We booked a table of 4 people. We reached the reception and asked for our booked table. We found that no table was booked for us. All the tables were full so we waited and they gave us a table of 6 people.
We ordered Entre and the first dish we received there was no gravy in it. We had to send it back to the kitchen to cook it again with some more gravy in it. While we were having entre, I requested tomato sauce and we did not get it until we finished the entre food. we order a couple of drinks as well for kids with Entre. We received food for adults and kids are still waiting for drinks. As we were nearly to finish our food. I had to ask for drinks again and then they brought them for us. Now it comes to the Main food. One of the orders we ordered was Paneer paratha and it was full of chili. Misis even couldn't have a bite from that paratha. We asked the staff that since we are in the middle of the dinner. We don't want to wait another 20 min for the Paratha to come to us. So they gave us yogurt raita with paratha if that helps with chili.
Unfortunately, It did not help. Staff asked if we want they can cook new paratha and make it take away with less chilli and we agreed. Guess what, The next day we had the paratha and we found it was the same paratha with the same amount of chili in it. They just packed it for our takeaway.
We ordered Rice for kids in the mains and the same thing happened again. Rice did not turn up. The adults were about to finish the main food so I had to ask again for Rice as we were really upset. kids were sitting hungry while adults eating. We got a reply back from one of the staff members that sorry all the staff is new so they made a mistake.
I had to chase staff members for our food. I was so disappointed that Missis chose this restaurant for our dinner while we had a few good restaurants...
Read moreDuring my recent visit (11/3/23) to this restaurant, I encountered a series of unpleasant incidents that left a bitter taste in my mouth. It all started when we were served the wrong order, and it turned out that the order meant for table 302 was mistakenly served to our table, 316. Soon after, we noticed a sick mouse roaming around inside the restaurant. I was horrified and immediately alerted the server, who seemed to take no action. The staff then removed it with a dustpan, the person doing so was not wearing gloves. It was a major health concern. To add to our woes, it took an agonizing 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and we were not informed about the waiting time upfront. When the food finally arrived, we were served the wrong dish yet again, as the chickpeas curry was mixed with chicken curry. After this mix-up, we were asked to wait for another 15 minutes for the right dish, but out of frustration, we cancelled the chickpeas curry altogether. To end our meal on a sweet note, we ordered a desert platter, but to our shock, we found plastic in one of the desserts, which pricked my mouth. They replaced the dessert, but it was not a pleasant experience. When we went to pay the bill, we were not given a printed bill upfront, and we were charged extra as we ordered a chat platter, but they charged us for individual items, and to add insult to injury, they mentioned chickpea curry in the bill instead of the dessert platter. Adding to our frustration, the rates mentioned on the menu were different from what we were charged, and we had to make another order and wait for another 15 minutes to get compensation for the overcharged amount. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the restaurant failed to live up to our expectations in terms of service, quality,...
