Having an issue with my tooth so what better excuse than a liquid diet to eat excessive amounts of aƧai. Thankyou AƧai Bros for making this painful time absolutely delicious

New Now that the weather has finally come to the party I find myself here with alarming regularity. A few competitors have popped up in the surrounds and I’ve tried them but in my opinion AƧai Bros retains the winning formula

Most recent Hubs asked me what I wanted for brunch on my birthday and I couldn’t deny my craving even though it was not very celebratory. What can I say it’s delicious and it makes me happy

Recent Redeemed a whole heap of my lockdown points for an original bowl and a coffee for hubby. I don’t want to know what that means in terms of how much I have spent on smoothies but at least you actually get something in return for your loyalty

Latest We’ve recently moved bayside which has opened up a whole host of other smoothie bowl cafes to my tastebuds however I consistently come back to AƧai bros as the best in the biz. The taste of their actual aƧai blend is just superior and I like the options to pick your fruits in a standard bowl

Further update I tried making my own aƧai bowl and it was like soup. I had another attempt and whilst the consistency was better it just wasn’t the same, straight back to AƧai Bros! Utterly delicious, no one...

Absolutely disastrous AƧai bros morning purchase… Completely regrettable AƧai bros disaster…

The $16 peanut butter bowl was displayed/advertised to us in the shop as a much larger container than what was ultimately provided- which turned out to be a micro cup, loaded with the contents of what would be in any other circumstance a well below average sized aƧai bowl considering the price…

It was explained to us that they were ā€œusing old stockā€ when providing us a smaller vessel, which had the appearance of being smaller, but had allegedly the ā€œsame volumeā€.

The ā€˜Bowl’ which quite frankly resembled more of a ā€˜Cup’ was so small that the aƧai was rendered completely inaccessible, until all of the toppings had been consumed off the top. Mouthfuls of straight peanut butter, mushy banana, dry granola. All that to finally get to the aƧai which tasted more like banana than the acclaimed berry.

If only the ā€˜Bowl’ was a reasonable size, then maybe there would have been the option to sir all the contents together to create a more enjoyable AƧai bros experience, but it pains me to say we will not...

As a lover of aƧai I was really looking forward to trying Acai Brothers in Port Melbourne especially after drooling over there instagram photos but unfortunately it was more disappointing then positive. The shop it’s self is nice. Clean and open with the menu easy to read and understand. Upon arriving there was 3 staff members near the counter and not one acknowledged us there even though we were the only ones in the shop. When we finally asked for service we were advised we couldn’t make any alterations to our orders which is very strange as every other Acai shop will let you. The portion is crazy good with so much fresh fruit however because it’s so big and full it’s a little hard to eat but that can be forgiven as it’s good value for money. The Acai itself was a little underwhelming and quite runny. May have been a bad day for the kitchen. Overall not a good experience and won’t go back but I hope it was just an off...

I liked this place, the acai bowl was delicious and it was made very fast. However, It was very expensive, about $15 for the small size. Also, the service was ok - I was waiting at the counter for about a good minute before someone even said hello to me. That was disappointing considering I was the only one in the store. Would I go back? Not immediately, there are tons of places very close that do phenomenal acai bowls. If they were better value for money and the service was warming and friendly, then sure I would return.
