Aldente Deli — Restaurant in Melbourne

I dread the moment I have to walk into this shop to purchase something. Owner should really consider on getting numbers like that people are serviced fairly in busier times! Not the first time I asked for X amount of grams and had your staff roll there eyes, than realise I actually got less when I get home. Unfortunately what I purchase from the deli, coles doesn't doesn't have it.

The thing is when they measure they use the back scales so I cannot see the actual amount, because if I do see it, and is less than what I asked I guarantee you I will walk straight out...

This place is fantastic and very reasonably priced. One of my favorite things is buffalo mozzarella and when I'm in Europe and I can find it I buy as much as I can to take home to the US. I found some at Aldente for a very reasonable price and they even vacuumed sealed the containers because I told them I would be traveling to the US with it. Frank and his staff have always been so polite and very helpful in every way. The variety and quality of cheeses, Italian sausages, coffee etc. is excellent. If he hasn't got the product you are looking for he will try and get it for you from his suppliers. Frank is always introducing new things regularly and when it comes to Easter and Christmas there are always many tempting things to buy. I can highly recommend Aldente if you are looking for...
