Those in the 2nd time we have ordered through the KFC app and not received what we order. The first time, same order, we received soneelse's order for 2 people from Schnit's in place of our $90 worth of KFC for a large group of adults. The driver did not respond. KFC denied any liability as they gave our order to the contracted driver. Lucky we paid through PayPal but that took us months as we had to wait at least a month to prove our requested delivery was not going to turn up - LOL! If we wanted KFC we have been driving there recently. Anyway, hard day at work, hubbies birthday, though we would order delivery through the KFC App - they couldn't stuff it up again right? Wrong! Half our delivery turned up. Cold as! Surprise- Driver not answering. KFC - called, your driver did mot deliver our order that we placed on you app. What was delivered is already cokd. Can you arrange for our order to be delivered in full and hot, thank you. No- sorry. We have no liability call your driver. Are you kidding me? Where is the customer Service? We paid our money in good faith? It was you contracted driver which is an arrangement you have. Not the customer. Disgusting. Sunbury...

*It's been 4 years since my last post here and there hasn't been any real improvement. It started off great, we went through the drive through and the guy at the first window was very cheerful and welcoming, just what you want to see when you arrive but unfortunately the food wasn't as welcoming. We ordered the Cheap as Chips pack and it wasn't good. First thing we noticed was that in the 8 pieces of chicken, there was 4 wings and 4 other peices. **Note: A whole chicken at KFC is cut into nine pieces, so 4 wings in an 8 pack just doesn't add up! The fries were not hot, and the rolls were dry. The rest was ok but not really to a great standard. I hope my next visit shows...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSuch a poor service, we have waited for 50 mins with 2 young kids for our meals, and the excuse we got was the "fryers not working or some oil issues out of our control by Sky one of the member, and we can't help it" and we can see drive through moving nice and easy with their fried food, its fry food joint right..... this is not the first time I had a bad experiance here before as well, was told that "if you want to talk to manager then I send him" by Sky and no manager came forward and delt with the issue... I asked the name of the manager was told his name is Joseph who never showed up.... again I would rather go inbound or outbound Calder Hwy KFC spend fuel and 5 more minutes then coming back to them.... shocking service waisted of money...
