Sushi Sushi Sunbury — Restaurant in Melbourne

I went to Sushi sushi Sunbury( Evans st) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the poor service provided by one of the staff members(a girl working at 1:40pm)

Upon entering, I was greeted by a young girl whose behavior was quite unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. She seemed impatient and lacked basic courtesy. As I was browsing the menu, trying to make a decision on what to order, I felt rushed and unwelcome.

When I finally placed my order, which included three different types of sushi, I was met with further rudeness when I asked if I could have a box to take one of the sushi rolls home. The staff member curtly informed me that I couldn't have another pancake and seemed annoyed by my request. I was willing to pay extra for the box, but it seemed like she couldn't be bothered to accommodate a simple request.

Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the level of service and attitude displayed by the staff member. It's clear that she lacks the necessary skills and demeanor to work in hospitality. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and hires individuals who are better suited for customer service roles.

Always enjoy the sushi, always delicious. But the female front staff member has everytime been incredibly rude. I would stand in line and she would purposely try and serve people standing behind me.
