Absolutely disgusted in the way I witnessed a young mother being treated by the staff. She asked for her free birthday drink and scanned her card, the lady said you have never bought from us before so you will not be getting anything ! I felt so bad for this young lady and how she was humiliated in front others. Will never ever go to this place...
