A Culinary Odyssey: AriPizza e Pinsa - Delights with Crispy base magic! I recently embarked on a gastronomic journey that left my taste buds dancing with joy – an expedition led by none other than AriPizza e Pinsa, a local gem that has redefined the pizza experience with its awe-inspiring Roman-style crust and an array of mouthwatering Italian dishes. From the moment you step through the door, the inviting aroma of freshly baked dough and tantalizing spices envelops you, setting the stage for a culinary adventure like no other. The ambiance is warm and inviting, a perfect reflection of the hearty flavors waiting to be savored.

Let's start with the star of the show – the Roman-style pizza crust. The first bite is nothing short of revelation. The crust strikes the perfect balance between crispiness and chewiness, a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship behind each pizza. Its light, airy texture provides the ideal canvas for an array of delectable toppings. Speaking of toppings, this restaurant boasts a selection that is nothing short of impressive. From classic Margherita's to innovative combinations that push the boundaries of flavor, there's something to satisfy every palate. The ingredients are fresh, vibrant, and expertly layered, ensuring each bite is a symphony of tastes.

But the magic doesn't stop with pizzas alone. The small menu is a culinary delight, featuring a selection of Italian dishes that showcase the chef's commitment to authenticity. The staff here add an extra layer of charm to the dining experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft, they guide you through the menu with enthusiasm, ensuring that every recommendation is tailored to your taste buds.

In conclusion, AriPizza e Pinsa is a culinary haven that elevates the pizza experience to new heights. The Roman-style crust is a game-changer, the toppings are a symphony of flavors, and the overall dining experience is a celebration of all things Italian. Whether you're a pizza purist or an adventurous foodie, this local gem is a must-visit. Prepare to embark on a culinary odyssey that will leave you...

I would leave zero stars if I could. I have never encountered such terrible service. We had a booking for 20 people for an engagement and the owner made it nothing but a nightmare. She made every request difficult and complicated, and did not want to accomodate the event or have any consideration or care for us as customers. We were promised things by the owner, although two days prior to the booking date she said she changed her mind and she “couldn’t remember” or it is a “miscommunication”. We had to cancel our booking 24 hours before our set date simply because of the owner’s lack of communication and her inability to act professionally and properly manage a restaurant booking. She was not only not accomodating, but also so rude and unprofessional. I am absolutely appalled by this restaurant and the lack of empathy and care for customers. Do not waste your money or your time with a business that has zero hospitality and an inability to...

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had dinner here last night and everything was so divine that I had to spend a few words to praise. It is so lovely to see an authentic, family owned Italian restaurant in the suburbs. It is clear that everything is made with fresh, quality ingredients and most importantly with love. From the lamb arrosticini, to the best pistachio cheesecake I’ve ever had (both only available as specials on Wednesdays), my partner and I loved every single bite! The interior is cozy and reminded us, in the best way possible, of a small trattoria from home. The antipasto board is more than worth the $24, and the crema di caffè is one of the best in Melbourne. In my little, I want to make sure this restaurant gets the recognition it truly deserves. Grazie mille di nuovo, sicuramente torneremo presto! (Magari per un futuro tiramisù al...

The Pinsa was so Delicious and by far the BEST I have ever had! Amazing food, the pinsa and cannolo we had were spectacular and all the ingredients are homemade. We had the pleasure to have a chat with the owners who are extremely friendly and nice. This is the most authentic italian restaurant I have been in Melbourne and I highly recommend it!

The place to be on a Saturday night: This place was bursting at the seams so we knew it would be good. Good for kids but no kids menu, who needs it when you have pizza and pasta. Friendly service. Located at 766c Plenty rd in Preston. Opted for a trusty glass of moscato as the cocktail list was small and nothing tickled my fancy tonight.
