Read moreI would leave zero stars if I could. I have never encountered such terrible service. We had a booking for 20 people for an engagement and the owner made it nothing but a nightmare. She made every request difficult and complicated, and did not want to accomodate the event or have any consideration or care for us as customers. We were promised things by the owner, although two days prior to the booking date she said she changed her mind and she “couldn’t remember” or it is a “miscommunication”. We had to cancel our booking 24 hours before our set date simply because of the owner’s lack of communication and her inability to act professionally and properly manage a restaurant booking. She was not only not accomodating, but also so rude and unprofessional. I am absolutely appalled by this restaurant and the lack of empathy and care for customers. Do not waste your money or your time with a business that has zero hospitality and an inability to...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but I had dinner here last night and everything was so divine that I had to spend a few words to praise. It is so lovely to see an authentic, family owned Italian restaurant in the suburbs. It is clear that everything is made with fresh, quality ingredients and most importantly with love. From the lamb arrosticini, to the best pistachio cheesecake I’ve ever had (both only available as specials on Wednesdays), my partner and I loved every single bite! The interior is cozy and reminded us, in the best way possible, of a small trattoria from home. The antipasto board is more than worth the $24, and the crema di caffè is one of the best in Melbourne. In my little, I want to make sure this restaurant gets the recognition it truly deserves. Grazie mille di nuovo, sicuramente torneremo presto! (Magari per un futuro tiramisù al...
