Bento has a very generous serving of side dishes all of which are all tasty. Definitely my go-to if I have time for sit-in.
Warning that sushi has a lot of the glutinous rice which I thoroughly enjoyed but may not be ideal for people watching their carb intake.
Often, handrolls are not displayed but are made upon request, which means non-immediate service but results in some nice, fresh, hot sushi especially for tempura.
Seaweed is given separately (to maintain crunchiness) so customers have to roll themselves which is both a novel and potentially messy experience.
