Bakers Delight Balwyn — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely appalled by the horrendous service. The employees are nice, it's the managers that are horrid.

I've seen both managers yell at employees, making them cry, right in the front of the store.

Today, when I ordered a finger bun, I found a long strand of black hair embedded in my finger bun. When I went to tell the manager, she said, "It couldn't have happened because the staff were all wearing hair nets." How ridiculous.

I wasn't asking for a refund or anything free, simply giving feedback on a bad experience, and she was rude and inconsiderate to the customer.

If I was working there and had that attitude, I'd be written up immediately.

To the manager (if you're reading this): You don't have the right to be rude to anyone simply because you're the manager. I'm sure that if you amd your husband changed your attitudes, Baker's Delight Balwyn would become a lovely place to work.

Great little Bakery, so much to choose from whether you want a savory roll, assortment of different breads. Staff are very friendly and all product is so fresh.
