Bakers Delight Hoppers Crossing — Restaurant in Melbourne

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! RUDE, NON-EMPATHIC & ARROGANT BUSINESS OWNER. I ordered a spicy mexican pizza and did not realise it had meat on it as I am pure vegetarian and the toppings covered all the salami (it was not visible) . I have had spicy mexican before and it never had salami- The owner stated she runs a business and cannot swap it over for me. Absolutely no care for customer loyalty and did not even consider goodwill for her customer. She started getting aggressive infront of all the customers and put me down by telling me "it was my problem I was vegetarian". We just started going to this bakers delight, but never again. If you want to buy your bread from someone who isn't just "running a business" I would support another local in the area instead...

Who doesn't love Baker's Delight! Bread is always fresh. Rolls are great. Croissants, pizzas, finger buns, Boston bun, Danish, pizza bases and the rest, yum yum yum yum. This store even has the chili Mexicana pizza (not sure if that's the correct name but they know what I mean) and you can't find this at all stores. This always has me walking away with two or three things more than I went to get.

Today at 11.40am saw one of the workers drop the top tray of apple scrolls (just under the register in the middle) onto the floor, pick them up and place them back on the tray and on display. She looked at me sheepily. Another worker saw it and said nothing. Gross. Don’t go here if you’re worried about dodgy food. Go here if you’re building up...
