Bernie's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

I don't easily go to 4 stars let alone 5 but Bernie's Pizza absolutely deserves it. By far the best pizza we've had in Bundoora and we've tried so many different pizza places over the last 13 years in this area. Tried them 3 months ago, our family can't wait to have their pizzas on average every 2nd weekend and we've never gone elsewhere since.

Their ingredients are of the highest quality and always fresh. Simply the tastiest pizzas we've had in Bundoora bit also anywhere in Melbourne.

On top of that it's a family business and the people that run it are such lovely friendly people to talk to especially Lisa taking the orders. From the main man who prepares them, to the gentleman who gets them out of the oven on the other end and puts them in the boxes they're such really good people. On top of that they are very competitive price wise.

If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen!! What I mean by that people is simple, they get a little busy & they can't handle it! Ordered my pizza & pasta meal thru menulog at 6:30pm was still waiting for at 8:45pm( past the time menulog said 7:30pm), rang them & asked them where my food was & they said they had a new driver & were busy, as a customer I don't care you have a new driver surely they can read my instructions I placed with the order because all the other drivers knew where my place was and can READ!, employ people WHO can folliw instructions and know how to navigate , won't be coming back anytime soon and also telling everyone I know not to go to you guys, BUBALOUIS all the way for me if I...

Not good to see the owner personally slagging off the people who gave negative reviews. Instead of being polite and productive towards reviewers. Accusing people of having fake names. Accusing reviewers of being a jealous competitor. And so on. For that, I will not bother to even attempt to experience anything from this store. Thank you for being so kind to your genuine disappointed customers. I'm sure that will be great for your business. EDIT... Perhaps you need to advertise that you are apparently under new ownership/management then. As those many negative responses to the negative reviews is not good...
