It feels like a burger takeaway shop posing as a premium burger restaurant.

Prices are similar to that of Grill’d, but the quality of ingredients is far below their standard.

Beef patties were tough and dry. The chips lack crunch with soft interior, which is what you would expect at premium burger joints. I did enjoy their panko prawn burger though!

For some reason, looking at the kitchen instantly gave me the tuck shop vibe. This was reinforced by the lack of music and cold metallic seating. Utensils are plastic, including the plates that food is served on.

One redeeming factor are the different American soft drinks, aligning with the well intended but poorly executed...

Delicious burgers but I can only give two stars, because whenever I order home delivery, they almost always leave out at least one item. When I call them they give me the same excuse every time "Sorry, but we are very busy". It's a shame, as I would be a regular customer if only they would make sure my order is complete! I just can't believe a restaurant can continuously make the same mistake - if it was a genuine error due to being busy, why have they never accidentally given an extra item rather than always subtracting one? Went here for lunch and got the $15.99 burger + chips + drink deal. This is like precovid prices I reckon. Burgers were pretty good. We ordered the Katsu and the Be O Wowed burgers. I liked the Katsu burger more, the beef wasn't particularly tasty. However both burgers had lots of ingredients which made them more interesting than standard. The menu is quite varied and interesting. Chips were nicely salted with chicken salt, a little overcooked for my liking (bit too hard and crunchy...but some people really like that).

All in all, pretty good. May come back again. Good value, when some burger joints are $15-18 for the burger alone. The lunch deal...
