Bonbons Bakery Parkmore — Restaurant in Melbourne

We had a really bad experience today at this place. And this is not our 1st time we had to face this terible experience. We were here to buy a birthday cake and we ask one of the girl what's inside the cake. Then she said vanila and strawberry but it was a yellow colour cake so we asked isn't it a passionfruit cake. She said no. but when we tried to bill it another girl said it is a passionfruit cake. Then we ask why other girl said something else. Then the 2nd girl was very rude to us really rude as we had done something wrong. She didnt even said sorry. Then we asked a price of different one and she answered in a really bad tone. Then we bought a different cake and ask why you didnt even say sorry to us. then they asked why should they say sorry? Isn't it a basic manners to say sorry for a mistake? Mistake can happened but please owner of this place ask your girls to respect the customers and say sorry if a mistake happened. Really bad experience. This is the 3rd time we had bad customer...

Food is great, but please for the love of god, on behalf of all Parkmore patrons who feel the same way I do PLEASE stop SHOUTING so loudly at the end of the day to attract customers and sales. Like literally shouting. It is annoying, deafening, obnoxious and not needed at all. A simple poster or signage promoting half priced food or clearance is much more professional. There are many elderly customers here who don’t need to hear the staff walking circles around the store yelling, and customers who are just trying to grab food to become deaf because...
