Brumby's Pakenham — Restaurant in Melbourne

I normally love a great Brumby's sausage roll, snacks and drinks. I'm not sure where this franchisee got their cooking skills. I took the complaint up with management and boy oh boy was she an outright challenge. The sausage roll was dried up, no moisture in the meat, might as well have been eating gravel. Told us she don't make them, if I want to, take my complaint to RFG who make them, explained other stores cook them well, from Wantirna to Lynbrook, she told me to shop there instead....

We bought 3x pizza rolls at $6 each only to get home to eat them to find hardly any topping on them and they were dry. They were fresh, straight out of the oven. Inconsistent products, usually full of flavor and topping. Try to call the store, went straight to message bank and could not leave a message. Bakery has changed hand a few time over the past couple of years, trying to give them a go, not sure it...

Didn’t get to try the food as there was a few people waiting and one girl serving and 2 other girls were dancing and singing behind the bread racks, great to see your staff get along but not great for customers trying to get what they need on their way home and after school was around 4pm...
