Burger Paradise — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went yesterday for the first time and we loved it! Such a hidden gem! The chef took the time to make the burgers to perfection and told us from the start it might be a short wait which we really appreciated cause it shows that even if busy they don’t sacrifice quality. We ended up waiting around 10 minutes which is so standard imo (and I have waited way longer for terrible food lol). We got two double smashed and one single and the Saudi style fries too. All delicious! The patties had that lovely Maillard reaction, the brioche bun was light and perfect, lovely sauce, just great! Chips were nice and crispy too! The chef also came and checked on us and asked us how the food was which was so nice of him and shows how much care is put into the food....

Smash Burgers is hands down one of the best burger spots I’ve tried! Their smashed Wagyu wings are an absolute must-try—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The beef burgers are also top-notch, with a perfectly crispy smash patty, fresh ingredients, and a great balance of flavors.
