Where do I start, we arrived on a Saturday night at approximately 6pm, there were 12 of us, 5 adults 7 children, we ordered a round of drinks, after 6 of the children received their drinks 1 of them had to wait until all the other kids had finished and we had to go and ask where it was, they finally came to take our meal order, every meal came out separately, half of them came out while the rest of the table waited, we had to go up again to find out what was going on, we finally got the last meal at 8pm, during the coarse of the evening they served food in chipped bowls, not to mention dirty greasy side plates that were supposed to be clean, I asked for water and after waiting 20 min I went to the bar and asked again, I waited and took it back to the table myself, we cleared our own glasses from the table because they had not cleared one thing from our table and it was getting pretty crowded, the food itself was very bland compared to most taco bills I've had else where, and finally the bathrooms were filthy, I'm not even sure when the basin was cleaned last, and a big pile of liquid on the floor just waiting for some one to slip on, very disappointing 13th birthday celebration...

Myself and a couple of friends came to Taco Bills Sunbury for the first time last night, entering the restaurant we had high hopes, the place itself was nice. We took our seats and were greeted by our first waitress who was friendly, the waitress who bought our food over however was maybe having a rough day? Her attitude seemed quite aggressive, As did the way she delivered our food and the way she spoke, almost like she was annoyed we were there. Food was not great, we ordered quite a lot but were left disappointed, the beef was dry and almost more like cat food. Once our table was clear my friend ordered one more alcoholic drink and we all headed to the bathroom quickly, when we arrived back at the table the drink was already there, this felt quite thoughtless and unsafe to leave a woman’s drink unattended in a pretty full restaurant.
