I’ve been here many times before and always enjoyed the food, but this experience was disappointing.

I arrived at 7:45 PM, hoping to get some dessert or ice cream. There were two staff members present. The woman who served me was on a phone call but paused briefly to assist me. She didn’t greet me, ask any questions. She just look at me. When I asked if there were any desserts, she just pointed to the cookie shelf without saying a word and turn back to her phone call.

There were only a few cookies left, and no ice cream was available. It felt like they were rushing to close, even though it wasn’t closing time yet. After handing me the cookie, she went back to the kitchen without asking me to pay and started chatting with her colleague. If I were a dishonest person, I could have just left without paying, and no one would have noticed. I had to ring the service bell to get her attention, and even then, she didn’t come right away. She didn’t even say any word when she was walking back to me.

When I told her I hadn’t paid, she looked shocked and gave me a rude expression, as if it were my fault. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which is really sad because I’ve had much better experiences here in the past.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because I love the food here, but the service...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burgertory, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out to me was the quality of service provided by the staff. I was served by Chester, Jalal, Iftehar, and Shamithra, and each of them made the visit enjoyable with their friendliness and professionalism. In particular, I want to highlight Chester, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly, checked in throughout the meal, and was always attentive without being overbearing. His attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction really made the visit special. It’s rare to come across someone who has such a natural gift for hospitality, and Chester truly set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere at Burgertory was relaxed and welcoming, the meals were fresh and flavorful, and the service tied everything together perfectly. Thanks to Chester and the rest of the team, I left not only satisfied with the food but also impressed by the level of customer care....

Absolutely fabulous. First off the venue itself is fresh and has a really nice style and vibe. We were very warmly greeted and shown to our table. Now on to the menu, fabulous selection of burgers, sides, shakes and desserts to order; but the proof is always in the eating. As regular burger hoppers always hoping to surpass the last last in taste and flavour we were not let down. The burgers were large and delicious and were incredibly well presented. The sides were to die for (something I thought may happen after all we had eaten), from the onion rings, to the Mac and cheese balls, loaded fries and the most juiciest and succulent chicken tenders I think I have ever eaten. At this point I could have left beyond full and satisfied but topped the night off with some fresh takes in baclava; disappointingly I had no room for the epic cookies that was on my list to try; next time! Over the last few years every month our group visits new burger places and this by far has been the best one we have tried.
