Northern Chinese Kitchen (食遇小㕑) — Restaurant in Melbourne

Never come back again! I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.

The dish we were served was completely burned, and when I brought it to the attention of the young waiter, he took it away without any explanation or apology.

The service was rude and unprofessional. When we asked for spoons, the waiter practically threw them onto our table. There were no apologies or attempts to make things right throughout the evening.

The overall service was incredibly slow; we waited nearly 20 minutes for the first dish. It seemed like the kitchen was focused entirely on takeout orders, leaving dine-in customers like us feeling ignored. To top it off, the front desk lady was holding a baby while attempting to manage customer service.
