Casa Mia — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely disgusting! I order three chicken parmagana's, two original & one Hawaiian. After receiving the three meals, I had gone to eat my dinner when I found a handful of hair in my food. Upon calling the restaurant, and explaining the situation to not only the manager but the owner too they were both extremely unprofessional & rude. The owner then begin to insinuate that the hair had some how gotten into the food while in my possession. He then put me on hold to go and ask the cook if he knew about the hair being in food, he then came back to explain to me that the Cook had no knowledge of this. As you can imagine my other two guests whom ordered the same meal, but no longer want to eat their meals either were seeking re embedment also. After being told I would only be compensated for one chicken Parma & that he would deliver $18 for one, along with a replacement parmagiana.. Only to tell me in the end I will not be getting re embursed nor will a receive a fresh parmigiana. I have been ordering from this restaurant as of the last 8 months, and have found it to be a phenomenal place UNTIL now! I will never order from casa Mia again, nor would I recommend this place to any of my friends or family. There are quiet clearly health & safety issues occurring within this...

The best pizza & pasta place ever and I don't go anywhere else for such quality food! Casa Mia is such a place full of positivity which is like my second home. Been a regular on weekly basis and become attached to this place and its people. I rely on Casa Mia for my meals and must order the food at least 3 times a week. Food is always made as per my special requirements. Various ranges of food never makes me feel bored. And new items keep coming up on the menu. Jack is a mature, steady, friendly and hard working owner. He has the emotional intelligence skills to deal with people and win people's hearts. He chooses the right people to be his staff and gives them professional guidance. This group of young individuals are easy going and helpful. They all are able to deal with customers appropriately. Quality food and people, plus high restaurant hygiene. I will keep receiving positive energy from Casa Mia for lifetime. Looking forward to...

Ordered before 3pm so that once they opened at 4pm we would get our pizza delivered by 5pm at the latest. To have it arrive at 5:20pm is ridiculous when they had so much notice not to mention the delivery driver only barking that will be $50 thanks - no apologies. We thought if the 3 pizzas we ordered (total cost of order $50) were really good we could forgive this no problem but they were not and they were STONE COLD.
