Edit: So you are saying that I loose my rights to give reviews on Google because Im a driver? Sounds very discriminating your point and thats exactly why I gave my bad review. I never ate your food, but reviews are not only based on it, but also includes the service and more. I have very high ratings on the delivery app and work very honestly and caring of all the orders. Just like what I did with the one I got from your restaurant, and you should be more considerate of the drivers and not only think about you. Again it is disrespectful when you say that not finding a parking is not your fault, which somehow it is as you chose to have a business located in a very busy road and I should not have to consider being fined to make you happy. I got to your business and you sarcastically asked me where was I and I politely answered that I was looking for parking, only then you started to cook the order and asked me to wait for 5 min, which in reality was more than 15 minutes. Since I had the order I was not going to cancel, because I do not only care about myself, also I was thoughtful about your business, as the delivery partner asks to not cancel as it can delay the delivery. In the end I got the order fresh and hot from you, as I kindly waited for you to cook it, so you also cant say that the way you treated me with disrespect is because you dont want the food to be delivered cold. So yes, I have the right to give my review as anyone else, and your response to it just confirms your discriminatory behaviour which deserves a bad review. And have in mind that if the driver gets in the store and the order is not ready, the driver is not late, the restaurant is late, most often the orders are ready for pick when we arrive at...
Read moreRight'o, first off I've never seen anyone toast a garlic bread in a sandwich press before. It's ya bog stock supermarket brand garlic bread compressed down in to a 2x1" block.
Chips were cooked fresh but as for the ingredients and oil, I can't say. I suspect it may be a little older.
Now for the kebab, I usually don't order lamb, because I'm not sure if it's real lamb. But this time I decided to because the chicken on the spit wasn't cooked at all and I just cant take the risk. The kebab was ok, lettuce was a bit average but I guess you gotta expect that because of the lettuce shortage.
The one this this kebab had going for it was the amout of meat it had in it, it was chockas, probably cause it was 22:15 at night and they wanted to get rid of it.
Plenty of eshays around which was good to seen.
Not sure I'll be back, but that's for letting me review this place. Cheers.
5 minutes later, we were not feeling well, I fear the meat shaver they used for the "lamb" was also used for...
Read moreFirstly, we rated the atmosphere 5 stars as there is no N/a. We have only ordered via delivery. We love a great Kebab and have been systematically trying all the local Kebab outlets to find the best and more importantly, most consistent Chicken Kebab with lettuce, onions and garlic sauce (our go to). What do we think makes for a great Kebab? 1. Lots of great tasting meat (tick) 2. A hot kebab that has had the bread crisped on the outside (tick) 3. Great flavours (tick) 4. Generous and fresh fillings (tick, tick). Otherwise known on Menulog as 'Highett Kebab', we have ordered here multiple times and each time, we remark on how big the Kebab is, no matter how much we want too, we generally fail to finish one each, that might be because we also order the chips which help fill us up :) Our 'go to' local Kebab, keep up the great work...
