Utterly rude and disrespectful service, I went there this morning to get a sausage roll. One of the lady ask me what I want and I said I would like a sausage please and she completely dismissed me and ask the guy behind me what he wants. Then she proceeded to make his coffee and totally ignored me at the register like I'm not even there. That is completely rude and the worse service, if you only provide the lip service and not willing to listen and deliver then you shouldn't be in dealing with people face to face. Better service...

Very busy at lunchtime so if you're in a hurry and arrive at the wrong time maybe consider another option.
