Sushi Sushi Braybrook — Restaurant in Melbourne

I've been having the Bento Box and various other sushi packs here for years! Every Friday my mother grabs a Bento while I'm still at school and I devour it when I get home. This small little Sushi establishment provides the freshest, best tasting, delicious and addicting sushi you will ever find in a shopping center complex! The staff there are very friendly, some see me regularly and ask if I want a Bento every time they see me. Which I always do, of course!

The sushi here, I cannot stress enough, is so good. It's fresh, clean, delicious, fantastic, pretty much every possible adjective applies to this establishment, the staff, the food, and the items like the creative fish shaped soy packets and their chop sticks. (Would be nice if you brought back the black packaging for the chopsticks, the white ones are cool but not as cool)

I 100% recommend getting some sushi from here, it's too good to be true, but it is...

Disgusted at the bad attitude of the young lady who served me today - I bought sashimi for my lunch and no wasabi in there at all and she told me it’s in there and I looked and looked when I was eating my food but found none in there. The way she talked to you was rude too - bad attitude and it seems to me like she doesn’t want to be there either. The blonde manager was the same too. Had to ask for Wasabi again and she looked at me like I was strange. Hello, don’t you serve sashimi with wasabi at all ? What kind of “ Japanese restaurant “ is this ?

The price is expensive too for a small box of sashimi.

Really bad attitude and service. The sashimi is not fresh at all - sounds dry when I eat it even after I add soya sauce to it.

I don't understand why they don't discount food at the end of the day rather than throwing it in the bin. Maybe they could discount after 4pm like the bakery in Central West. Probably part of being a franchise but their food waste is disgraceful. The sashimi and nigiri portions are getting smaller and smaller but the prices are still going up.I am allergic to avocado but it is impossible to get tuna or salmon hand rolls without avocado. I'm not crazy, it is a very common allergy and makes it difficult to order sushi. The sashimi portions are bulked out with carrot and they don't add wasabi to all their packs. The making packs are too expensive...
