Staff is so rude they don't have manners how to talk with uber eats riders. Last day I went to to collect my order they don't mention that riders not allowed in side shop so as normally I went to shop to tell them my order number she shouting and behave so rudely and kick me out from shop . Just one more thing i say plz we are human as well we also feel embarrassed so plz treat us a human not like your personal servant. And at the end she give me thumbs down as well that effect my rating. We doing our best and try to do that we can best so get good rating and at the end these kind of silly and uneducated people give us thumbs down for no reason. So plz avoid this...

My adult son and I went to Charm for dinner 28th August. Having been there twice before we were looking forward to the outing. We were very disappointed - very slow service, although there were few other diners and the meals, when they eventually came were the very worst Thai meals we have ever had. I had ordered king prawns with a tamarind sauce and my son had ordered barramundi with various vegetables. Both meals were dry, tasteless and devoid of any sauce.
