Skordo — Restaurant in Melbourne

Just had the worst experience at Skordo waiting 1 whole hour for my food. I went to order and arrived at the location that was on their Google Address in Albert Park.

Knocked on the door and no one was there. Attempted to call their phones and no one answered. Their Google account says they are opened however the whole place was shut down.

Turns out they have moved locations. There is no signage at the front saying they have moved and they haven’t updated their Google Address.

I had to call the shop next door to find out they have changed locations.

Arrived to their new store in Carnegie 1 hour after ordering and of course the food was cold, even though the guy lied and said it was made 10 minutes ago.

Customer service is horrible, they don’t answer the phone, and they can’t even let their customers know they have moved locations.

Extremely disappointing and will not be returning back...

Have ordered from Munch Bowl on several occasions with successful delivery. Tonight, we used MenuLog and our food was not delivered. We watched the driver's approach and were ready to meet him on the footpath. Before the driver arrived at our address, the ordered status changed to "delivered". Essentially, the driver stole our food order. Based on this experience, I question the legitimacy of Munch Bowl, Skordo and affiliates. There is no way to actually contact the business to discuss issues. Although MenuLog offered us a $40 voucher, we demanded a cash refund and will NEVER use MenuLog again; nor will we order from Munch Bowl/Skordo. There is no website, nor is there a telephone number advertised to make direct contact with Skordo or Munch Bowl to discuss order issues. No evidence of this business occupying their advertised address at 177 Victoria...

This place was dissapointing. Ordered two Lamb Souvlakis, one with siracha and no onions, ordered with two drinks. Both orders were wrong.

wrong drink given. both subs didn't come with the chips no siracha in one sub, as requested one sub with onions despite asking for no onions which had to be tossed out due to allergies. We had already driven all the way home and it was not worth the drive back. the  one souvlaki that was eaten was super oily as well.

The saddest part is that my sister had said so many good things about this place. But we have both changed our mind. I wouldn't be coming here again even if it was my...
