Chatime Doncaster Westfield — Restaurant in Melbourne

This is not the first time I drink Chatime, this is the brand I have been drinking since childhood. But this time I was really disappointed👎

And it’s not the first time I’ve drank Doncaster’s chatime. First, I ordered 3 cups and drank all 3 cups myself. Ordered without ice, 30% sugar and half sugar. The taste is completely different after I drink it! These 3 cups all tasted like diluted milk. They were completely unpalatable and I couldn't drink them at all. I have a reasonable suspicion that the clerk did not prepare it for me according to the sop. I threw them all in the trash. These 3 cups cost me $34.73 If you don't want to go bankrupt, please ask your employees to follow the SOP, otherwise you won't have any...

Was my first time trying Chatime and shoppo, ordered the taro milk tea with pearls. Drink was given to us curdled, but then I’ve had drinks that looked curdled before but tasted perfectly fine after mixing it, so I didn’t say anything and just left. Got home and had my drink 2ish hours later, and it tasted curdled, could feel the granules, it was terrible. As it was a cold drink, I thought perhaps heating it would make it better but nope, still tasted curdled.

Had to pour it down the drain as it was impossible to get past the grainy texture. Had I tried it at shoppo I would’ve definitely gone back...

Went to grab a tea Today(29/9/25) at 1 ish. The bubble tea was fantastic and David was very good and kind. The short Asian girl (Heard someone call her Nae Nae) was also very kind and happy. I could taste the love and care put into my tea. Very good fruit teas. Both employees definitely deserve a payraise or some other form of praise. If I don’t see this pay raise I’ll get very mad.
