Really, Really happy that the best bubble tea franchise opened up here in the West side of Melbourne. Staff here are really professional and friendly, just a bit slow. The store is new and clean and even features free WiFi. Bubble tea here tastes really nice, especially the Vanilla Milk tea with pearls. I can recommend this place to anyone, and be sure to give it a go.

Highly recommended this Chatime store. Located in the scenic town centre of Point Cook, this Chatime store appears inviting, adequately staffed and service is quick and painless. The girls are very friendly and the benchtops are kept spotless. Toppings are well kept and taste fresh also. The outdoor seating is cute and perfect for a sunny day. Very disappointed. Decided to give chatime another chance after a terrible drink that gave me gastro years ago. This time the tea was so bland and added sugar when I asked for no sugar added. There are other bubble tea places that are much better in the area. Save yourself the $6+ for just a regular size and go elsewhere for a large that tastes much better and has staff that can take...

Thai milk tea $6.65 was tasteless, paid for some coloured water basically. Paper straws are terrible; cannot stab through seal. Had to ask the staff to help, who were too busy to even look in my direction, felt like I was...
